Holiday Camp Sports Coach – Casual

Job Specification

We are currently looking to recruit a motivated, committed and enthusiastic individual on a casual basis. The successful candidate will be passionate about the Dream Big Sports brand and will be responsible for delivering high quality sports & physical activity sessions for young people on our Multi-Sports Camps during the school holidays.

Your role will include

• Planning and delivering high quality sports and physical activity sessions to young people that are engaging and inclusive.
• Completing relevant risk assessments and logs to ensure safety of participants.
• Managing behaviour effectively to maintain a positive environment for participants.
• Taking appropriate steps to identify and overcome barriers to participation at the Multi-Sports Camp sessions.
• Carrying out all duties in accordance with company policies and protocols.
• Attending professional development where required for the role.
• Being a positive role model, creating a positive and engaging environment which encourages participation in sport and physical activity.
• Being a brand ambassador whilst working for Dream Big Sports, demonstrating our company values.
• Assisting with the promotion of other Dream Big Sports products and services.
