From childhood Dale has always had a desire to play rugby league at an elite level. In 2010 he joined a professional rugby league academy, prior to this he found himself having to overcome numerous obstacles that faced him including living in a deprived area to a diagnosis of Asperger’s Syndrome at the age of twelve. Following on from a horrific sporting accident Dales’ playing career was ended and he then found himself wanting to give other young people the chance to succeed where he missed out.
After recently graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BA Honours degree in Education and working previously as the Head of Education at Oldham Athletic Community Trust - a registered charity - he believes that this is the right time in his own personal life to fulfil a burning ambition to give other young people the chance to succeed.
Dale has extensive experience in managing teams and groups of individuals to which he is confident that his expertise combined with Dillan’s, their partnership will fruition into a successful organisation with social impact at the heart of it.
